Returns
1.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence will not be eligible for return.

1.2. Timeframe: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@joysunplus.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if required.

1.4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

1.5. Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Refunds
2.1. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
3.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined in Section 1 and place a new order for the desired item separately.
